About Our Practice

Maple Glen Modern Dentistry is led by Dr. Adam Rudin, DDS, a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry with over a decade of experience in comprehensive dental care. Dr. Rudin completed advanced training, including a general practice residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, a two-year implantology program at NYU, and the Dawson Academy Core Curriculum for TMJ and occlusal therapy.

Our practice offers a full spectrum of dental services, including:

Dental Emergency Notice

If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office immediately at (267) 603-6463. If you are experiencing a medical emergency outside of regular business hours, please visit your nearest emergency room or call 911 for life-threatening situations.

Appointments and Scheduling

Online Appointment Requests

Online appointment requests are not confirmed until you receive verification from our office. We will contact you to confirm your preferred time or suggest alternative appointments based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee
  • Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice

New Patient Appointments

New patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete the necessary paperwork. Please bring a valid ID, insurance cards, and a list of current medications.

Payment and Insurance

Payment Methods

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. We also offer financing options, including CareCredit and Cherry, to help make treatment more affordable.

Insurance

We accept most PPO insurance plans. While we will file insurance claims on your behalf, you are ultimately responsible for paying for the services. Insurance coverage varies by plan, and we recommend verifying your benefits before treatment.

Treatment Estimates

Treatment estimates are provided in good faith based on standard procedures. Final costs may vary based on individual treatment needs and any additional procedures that may be necessary.

Following Treatment Instructions

We maintain a professional, respectful environment for all patients and staff. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, or disruptive conduct, may result in dismissal from the practice.
